Delete your Morfable data
Morfable has no accounts — all data is tied to your device only (usage counters, plan/entitlement state, push token, any live shares). No name, email, or password is required to use the app.
Option 1 — delete in the app (instant)
Open Morfable → Settings → Privacy & data → “Delete my data”. This permanently deletes all data stored for your device on our servers and clears the app’s local data. It cannot be undone.
Option 2 — delete by request
Email support@roamscape.app and we’ll delete your device’s data. Include the device identifier shown in the app’s Settings so we can locate it.
What gets deleted
- Usage & free-allowance counters
- Plan / entitlement state (device-scoped)
- Push notification token
- Any active or past live-share records
- Voice-transcription rate-limit counters
What is NOT affected
Your Google Play subscription is managed by Google, not by us — deleting your data does not cancel it, and you can restore it anytime via Settings → Restore purchases. To cancel a subscription, use Google Play → Subscriptions. Clips you already saved or shared from your device are not affected.
